It really help to constantly keep the game fresh, allow the community to thrive and have fun through steam, and to see so many companies abandon the workshop doesn't make sense, especially for any single player game.

Pickups (potions, coins, skulls) will no longer spawn on top of traps Autoballista now fires correct bolt types. Improvements Lava Pots should hit short enemies better overall.
ORCS MUST DIE 3 UPDATE UPDATE
Announced last month but detailed today on the PlayStation Blog, the first major update to Orcs Must Die 3. Cygnus no longer gets stuck when using ability while touching an Orc. On July 23, the game will pick up a brand-new trap type and the Scramble game mode, too. EDIT* I also can't believe there is no workshop support since 2 had it. Highlights Improved Scramble Coop UX The games list now shows all hosted Old Friends and Drastic Steps scenarios and difficulties in the same list. This really makes me upset because for a 10 year old game to get sequel to see it go backwards on some aspects (But good in others like the war mode!) sucks because OMD has always been in my top 10 favorite games. One of the talking points is that there will be. One of the talking points is that there will be 500 orc armies in single waves. A lot traps nobody will ever use on any level unless it's for fun. Robot released a developer diary to elaborate on Orcs Must Die 3. Every level in this sequel is in a castle with a couple hallways leading to 1 main room, or in some type of lab with acid. Wall traps are constantly useless on many levels, and I remember how cool the underground level from 2 was with the mine carts going through. I am a die hard OMD 1 and 2 fan, and just feel like this game wasn't as satisfying as the first 2. It split up the fan base, was not well supported or played, and this messed everything up waiting for it to come out onto steam.

I can't help but feel like Stadia gutted this game. I really wish the base game had a couple more levels because it felt like I beat the game too fast. I really don't see the point of this since many of the traps would work fine other levels for the same price. UPDATE: On Reddit, CEO of Robot Entertainment Patrick Hudson clarified that the Orcs Must Die 3’s Google Stadia exclusive billing during the Stadia Connect was misleading, as it is only a timed. I also hate many good traps are locked to war scenarios only. There weren't really that many new traps, why do the characters have so few voice lines? I want to grind this game out Max literally has like 7 or 8 continuous voice lines. I'm also shocked for a game getting a sequel 10 years later had so little changes. The game didn't reuse some great traps from the first 2 games and that was really disappointing like the coin collector, bear trap, regular paladin, dwarves with grenades and a hammer, rock fall trap, and etc. I can't give this game a straight yes, but this is a critical review.
